History & Campus Partnerships

Our Scholars are in a high-profile area, so we have worked diligently to develop partnerships within the Chicago Loop Business Sector.  Our Scholars participate in mentorship programs, tutoring programs, volunteer, and have internships at various organizations in the area.

Muchin College Prep was made possible by the generosity of our naming donors, Allan and Elaine Muchin. Mr. Muchin is Chairman Emeritus of Katten Muchin and Rosenman LLP.  Mr. Muchin and his family donate their time in various capacities, and they have also generously given resources to enhance the student experience at MCP.   Mr. Muchin joined Noble's Board of Directors in 2009 and is a very active and engaged leader as Chairman of the Board. His guidance has helped Noble become Chicago's highest performing non-selective high school.

A generous gift from Michael and Karyn Lutz funded biology labs at Noble's Pritzker College Prep and Rauner College Prep campuses. The science labs at Muchin College Prep were made possible by the Lutz Family's gift and named in Mr. Lutz's honor and memory in 2009.

In addition to the generosity of the Muchins, Baxter International has been an active partner since our campus opened. In the four year history of the campus, Baxter International has invested many hours and resources to enhance the education and experience of our Scholars.  Baxter made a significant investment of funds and equipment to ensure that our science labs are state of the art. They also provide opportunities for our Scholars to visit their campus and participate in career exploration programs so that are Scholars are aware and invested in the many careers within science.  In support of the first graduating Class of 2013 and subsequent graduates, Baxter generously established a scholarship fund to help our students achieve their collegiate aspirations.
